Recorded specially for BBC radio In Concert during Can’s 1973 UK tour, this excellent-sounding recording finds the five piece band at the height of their live prowess, as they explore themes and riffs whilst responding to each other in real time. The constantly evolving interplay between keyboards (Schmidt), guitar (Karoli) and vocals (Suzuki) is underpinned by the propulsive Czukay / Liebezeit rhythm section. Recorded for BBC Radio In Concert live at The Paris Theatre, London on February 19th 1973, transmitted March 3rd. Recording quality excellent throughout.
